Processing Time:
A processing and fulfillment period of 1–2 business days before your order is dispatched. Our dough is crafted fresh daily in small batches to maintain top-notch quality and freshness.
Kindly consider this processing time when scheduling your order, particularly for gift purchases or time-sensitive deliveries. Even if you opt for express delivery, please note that we still need 1-2 business days to prepare your order.
Where do we ship?
We presently offer express post shipping to all postal addresses across Australia.
We regret to inform you that we do not ship to PO BOXES. Please ensure that you provide a residential shipping address with your order. Failure to do so may result in your order being held at your local post office until a valid residential address is provided.
How long does it take my order to ship?
Delivery times within Australia vary based on location:

Orders shipped to metro cities usually arrive within 1 business day after being shipped.

Orders sent to regional areas typically take up to 4 business days to arrive after being shipped.
Please note that modifying your shipping address after placing your order may result in a delay of 1-3 business days as the parcel is held in transit for redirection.
If you're not able to accept your delivery
Australia Post will typically leave it in a secure location. While all orders are securely packaged in sealed mailer bags for transportation, we cannot be held liable if the recipient is not present to accept the package.
It's the sender's responsibility to ensure that the parcel is directed to: a) an address where someone is available to accept delivery; or b) if the premises are unattended, the sender assumes responsibility for the package if it's left in a secure location upon delivery.
If you're concerned about the safety of your parcel upon arrival, we recommend selecting an alternative shipping address where someone will be available during business hours on weekdays. Alternatively, you may consider sending your parcel to a parcel locker.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once an order has been placed, we retain the discretion to refuse any cancellation or modification request if it cannot be processed before the product is shipped. We advise thorough review of your order details, particularly the delivery address, prior to placing it. If an order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to accommodate modifications or changes to the order or shipping address.
